Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting distance education programs, generating student leads, building institutional and corporate relationships, and achieving enrollment targets. The role involves both field and B2B activities to enhance brand visibility and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotion:

Promote distance education programs through field marketing and institutional visits Plan and execute marketing activities such as seminars, education fairs, and school/college visits Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns
Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, corporates, and consultants Develop B2B and B2C marketing strategies to increase admissions Explore new markets and expansion opportunities
Lead Management & Admissions Support:

Generate, follow up, and convert student leads Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM/MIS
Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and admissions reports Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams for smooth admissions Collect market feedback and competitor analysis

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or education sector (Freshers can apply) Experience in distance education, educational institutions, or EdTech will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹9,797.57 - ₹28,121.92 per month
