We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth in the Malappuram region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned areas
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
Meet potential clients and present company products/services
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Maintain client database and follow up on leads
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, orders, and service support
Prepare daily/weekly business reports for management
Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
Experience: 0-3 years in business development or sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Willingness to travel within Malappuram and nearby areas
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
