Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication until enrollment.
Convert enquiries into admissions by understanding student needs.
Maintain admission records and update CRM/lead management systems.
Coordinate with academic teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Support promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and outreach activities.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing ability and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Experience in sales/telecalling/education counseling is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Must be fluent in Malayalam; English is an added advantage.
