Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services. This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a strategic approach to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and social media. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Schedule meetings with prospects and present agency services effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs in coordination with internal departments. Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with the Creative, Digital, Content, and Accounts teams to align client needs with agency capabilities. Follow up on project timelines and ensure smooth execution and delivery.

5. Reporting & Market Analysis



Prepare regular sales reports and share insights on market trends and competitor activities. Recommend new service offerings or improvements based on market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to understand marketing concepts, branding, digital strategies, and advertising trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
