Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Build a qualified sales pipeline through networking events, referrals, Instagram/LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases. Client Outreach & Engagement Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram DMs. Schedule and deliver impactful client presentations showcasing Neon Minds' brand videos, event coverage, and digital content solutions. Proposal & Deal Closure Collaborate with the creative team to craft proposals, quotations, and pitch decks. Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contract terms to successfully close deals with healthy profit margins. Relationship Management Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat projects and upsell new services. Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction. Market & Competitive Intelligence Track emerging trends in media production, digital marketing, and branded content. Provide regular insights to management for service innovation and strategic positioning.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
