Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business, expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients through field activities and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers through field visits, leads, referrals, and centre references.
Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly) as per company guidelines.
Conduct customer meetings, explain company products/schemes clearly, and close sales.
Maintain and update daily sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
Generate leads from existing customers, RPL clients, E10 clients, and centre references.
Coordinate with branch operations, documentation, and accounts teams for smooth onboarding.
Ensure timely collection of documents and compliance with company policies.
Support DSA/Remisier activation and follow up on their sales performance when assigned.
Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and branch-level marketing initiatives.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned authority when required.
Submit daily/weekly MIS and activity reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
