Generate new student leads through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and institutional tie-ups
Convert leads into enrolments through counselling support and follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and partners
Conduct seminars, school visits, education fairs, and promotional events
Coordinate with counselling, documentation, and visa teams for smooth student processing
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and study destinations
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and partner details in CRM
Support marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven performance
Willingness to travel for field marketing and institutional visits
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, presentations)
