Identify and develop new business opportunities for abroad recruitment and consultancy services.
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about overseas job openings and visa processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly targets related to leads, conversions, and client acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Represent the company professionally at events, job fairs, and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and guide clients effectively.
Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
