Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote our training programs, build partnerships, and generate quality leads. The role involves visiting colleges, conducting seminars, and expanding our institutional and corporate network.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients, colleges, and institutions to promote IPCS Global programs.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for smooth follow-up and conversions.
Prepare and maintain reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and institutional visits.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Salary:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
