Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure--while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Research and identify potential clients, business opportunities, and market trends. Generate leads and build connections through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events. Develop customized proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor actions, and emerging trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain CRM records accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
