Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote courses and programs.
Connect with schools, colleges, and training institutes to generate leads and partnerships.
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, career fairs, and promotional events.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.) and ensure maximum visibility.
Conduct field visits to identify new opportunities and expand brand presence.
Work closely with the academic counseling and sales teams to achieve student enrollment targets.
Collect and analyze feedback from field activities to improve strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with institutional heads, parents, and students.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in offline marketing, field sales, or business development (preferably in the education/EdTech sector).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for field activities.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with the education industry will be an added advantage.
