We are looking for a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to support our sales growth. The role involves generating leads, converting inquiries, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, events, and networking Prospect and generate qualified leads from online/offline sources Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly business targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Present company products/services and prepare proposals Conduct market research and competitor analysis Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication & negotiation skills Goal-oriented and able to handle sales pressure Strong presentation and customer relationship skills Self-motivated, energetic & proactive attitude Graduation in any discipline Freshers with good communication skills can apply
