About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our team in Kollam. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, converting prospects into customers, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings. Explain company products / services to prospects and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM. Achieve monthly targets and work closely with the sales & marketing team. Participate in field marketing activities, promotional events, and client visits when required.

Required Skills



Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Basic knowledge in sales/marketing concepts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification



Any Graduation Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
