Excellent communication skill with fluency in Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi.

Qualification: Graduates

Experience : Fresher's Preferred.

Should have excellent capacity to do sales( Calling )

Candidate should have excellent capacity to drive for sale closing via call

Should have good verbal and communication skill.

Should have excellent handling capacity of customers through telephone

Strong customer service and telesales skills.

Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows.

Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high-volume, fast paced environment.

Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

Should be excellent in Data mining.

Superior closing skills.

Problem solving and decision making skills.

Shift : 9 am - 6 pm.

Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services

Educate customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.

Follows up with customer via telephone following initial sales contact.

Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.

Consistently meets departmental sales goals.

Have to do data mining for Data / Lead and convert it to sales.

Call / Email to the mined data and following them up and convert them to sales.

Continued product education to better service customer calls

Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
