Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team.
The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the
sales team in achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Research and identify potential clients in the IT and technology sectors.
? Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
? Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead strategies.
? Follow up on marketing campaigns and measure conversion rates.
? Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
? Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation performance.
? Continuously improve lead generation processes based on data insights.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
? Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
(preferably in IT).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
? Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
