ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Associate is a 100% field-based, target-driven sales role focused on expanding Eallisto's Solar Energy business across industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. The role is responsible for lead generation, on-site client engagement, proposal coordination, and deal closures for Renewable Energy / Solar EPC directly contributing to revenue and market growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and convert new B2B clients for Solar EPC.
Engage with customers to understand power needs, site conditions, and commercial
objectives.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to conduct feasibility studies and prepare proposals.
Present ROI, payback, and savings models to client decision-makers.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms.
Drive deals from lead stage to closure.
Maintain CRM pipeline.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Looking for a candidate who has an experience in doing commercial projects (50kW).
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Good technical understanding of solar EPC & Renewable Energy.
Ability to explain financial and technical concepts in simple business language.
Client relationship management and negotiation ability.
Highly target-driven, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with field visits, meetings, and closing cycles.
