We're looking for passionate and result-driven Business Development Executives who are highly customer-centric and motivated by the challenges of a dynamic, fast-growing business environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients/students, understanding their requirements, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:-
? Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
? Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
? Prepare and deliver high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
? Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
? Participate in business events, conferences, and client visits as required.
? Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
? Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

? Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to confidently face clients and handle meetings independently.
? Proficiency in preparing pitch notes, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.

? Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
Qualifications:-
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
? Prior experience in business development, client servicing, or sales is an advantage.
