Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide effective lead management and Business development efforts for sales generation to achieve targets Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of business from inbound lead system and prospective clients Penetrate and understand individual customer needs and create more opportunities to cross-sell & Up-sell. Offer end-to-end client relationship management and customer service for increased

Listen to customers' requirements closely and provide them with information on available products- pieces and sets. Provide customers with information on prices and any associated discounts or deals. Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets and suggest alternatives. Assist the Customers by providing pricing information according to weight (in cases of gold and silver jewelry) and processing cash and credit card transactions. Educate customers about warrantees and guarantees of sold pieces. Drive, Voice of Customer and Customer Satisfaction. Ensure new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. Uphold the policies and offers of the company. Analyze and track competition/market trends. Execute 'Business Development' activities including branding, advertising and Public Relations to generate traffic, revenue and profitability. Provide recommendations and execute business development initiatives. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Officer / Manager and The Management.
Required Skills:

-Knowledge about Gold & Diamond Jewelry.

-Excellent communication skills

-Passion towards 'Sales and Marketing'. -Ability to handle customers effectively and independently.

-Should be aware about latest trends of jewelry industry.

-Developing new ideas and working with our team to integrate and share best practices.

-Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements

*Should have a valid Driving license and Vehicle (Two Wheeler)

Pay: From ?180,000.00 per year
