Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Follow up on leads generated through marketing, website, and references
Conduct field visits for client meetings, presentations, and closures
Understand client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
Experience in
IT services, digital marketing, or service-based sales
preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with both phone-based and field sales activities
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
Willingness to travel locally for field sales
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
2-3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication can apply)
