Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through site visits, referrals, calls, digital platforms, and networking Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activity Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
