Job Description

Lead Generation & Tracking

- Generate, capture, and manage leads from multiple sources and ensure accurate tracking in CRM/MIS.

Timely Follow-ups

- Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to maximize lead engagement and reduce drop-outs.

Conversion Focus

- Counsel prospective students effectively to achieve assigned conversion and enrollment targets.

Revenue Achievement

- Contribute to organizational revenue by closing admissions and ensuring timely fee collection.

Professional Communication

- Maintain professional, ethical, and transparent communication with students, parents, and internal teams.

SOP & Reporting Compliance

- Follow all SOPs, maintain documentation, and submit MIS/reports accurately and on time.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
