Key Responsibilities
Contact potential students and parents through outbound calls and follow-ups
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about courses and programs
Explain admission processes, fees, and institutional advantages clearly
Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments through consistent follow-up
Maintain accurate lead data, call records, and reports using CRM tools
Work closely with the admissions and business development teams to achieve monthly targets
Identify new opportunities to improve student engagement and conversion rates
Candidate Profile
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Malayalam
Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
Experience in sales, telecalling, counseling, or education-related roles is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems
