Position Details
? Position: Business strategy and Development Executive ( Probation period)
? Duration: 3 Months
? 3 Months incentive basis
? Working Time : 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
? Work days: Monday to Friday
? After 3 Months probation period there will be a placement opportunity as per the Performance in internship period

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and reach out to potential clients for digital marketing services, website development, and training programs.
Conduct market research to understand client pain points and propose suitable Slashford solutions.
Coordinate meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in closing new business deals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly progress on leads, calls, and conversions.
Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Business Strategy
Collect, organize, and interpret marketing and business data using Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
Create dashboards and visual reports to track lead generation, campaign performance, and revenue growth.
Analyze data trends to support decision-making for sales and marketing strategies.
Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, client retention, and overall efficiency.
Support management with business performance reports and forecasting.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and client handling skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.).
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn new tools.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or data analytics.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new clients acquired and leads generated.
Quality of data reports and insights delivered.
Contribution to sales growth and marketing efficiency.
Timeliness and accuracy in reporting
