The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings to present our products/services effectively.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly/yearly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Language: English and Malayalam are mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.
