Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a B2B Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying new leads, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting UrbanChat's chatbot and messaging solutions. The B2B Sales Executive will conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves market research to identify new business opportunities and collaborating with other teams to create tailored proposals.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategies
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic understanding of digital and AI technologies, CRM tools, and chatbot platforms is advantageous
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
Flexible and adaptive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous sales experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
