We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, emails, and social media
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM with leads and client interactions
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends
Web Design & Development: Drive sales in web development / IT services by leveraging your experience in sales
Digital Marketing Services: Conduct consultative discovery--unpack pain points, map them to our SEO, paid media, and development solutions, and craft ROI-driven proposals.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for enquiry handover.
Handle basic office administration and customer support activities.
Respond to customer queries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Utilize your Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills effectively
Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and online promotion to enhance sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
0-2 year of experience in sales, business development, or IT services (freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Familiarity with CRM tools
Understanding of B2B sales processes
