Job Description

We're hiring a Business Development professional to generate qualified leads and close deals with independent hotels in India and internationally. You'll identify prospects, understand their digital presence challenges, present our complete website solution, and manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing. This is genuine B2B sales - not order-taking or lead processing.

Key Responsibilities



Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry networks) Conduct discovery calls to understand hotel's digital presence challenges and booking goals Present our website solution and handle objections through the sales cycle Build relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and decision-makers Manage sales pipeline systematically using CRM Provide market feedback about objections, pricing concerns, and competitive positioning

Required Skills & Experience



2-4 years of B2B sales experience with consistent track record of meeting/exceeding targets Proven ability to generate your own leads through outbound prospecting Strong phone and written communication skills - comfortable with cold calling and discovery calls Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or technology
