Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in
GCC, UK, USA, Canada, and other international markets
Actively engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing, software, or IT solutions offered by WebQ Media
Conduct sales presentations, consultations, and proposal discussions with potential clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to encourage repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, tech, and operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay updated on global digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a
digital agency, IT company, or software services firm
Proven experience in
international sales or client acquisition
Excellent English communication skills
(verbal and written) -- mandatory
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Confidence in handling international clients across different time zones
Familiarity with digital marketing services, SaaS, or IT solutions
Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
