Ayon Homes Interior is a growing interior design company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with provided leads (no cold calling required)
Meet potential clients, understand their interior requirements, and conduct site visits
Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project updates
Negotiate terms and close deals successfully
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
(Experience in interior design / real estate / construction is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Valid driving license (mandatory)
