Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) with excellent English communication skills to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead follow-ups, and supporting business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with a strong focus on English communication Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and explain company services Follow up with leads and support the sales conversion process Maintain accurate client and lead records in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients Work towards assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements:

MBA or BBA (Graduation is mandatory) Excellent verbal communication skills in English 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools Confident, positive attitude with a target-driven mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills
