KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and Develop Business Opportunities
: Research and connect with potential clients in the
wallcoverings, flooring, and interior furnishing industry
through networking, cold outreach, and market analysis.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels,including online research,networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients
to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Growth & Strategy Execution
: Develop and implement
B2B and B2C sales strategies
to achieve revenue targets in the interior solutions sector.
Industry & Market Analysis
: Stay updated on
interior design trends, material innovations, competitor activities, and market demands
to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
: Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring
company profitability and long-term partnerships

Collaboration with Internal Teams
: Work closely with
marketing, procurement, and project teams
to align business goals, develop promotional strategies, and optimize product offerings.
Product and Service Improvement
: Gather client feedback to suggest improvements for
wallcoverings, flooring, and interior furnishing solutions
, ensuring Zebra lines remains competitive in the market.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
: Maintain detailed records of
client interactions, project progress, and sales performance
, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in business development or sales(preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and effectively present solutions to clients.
Self-motivated,goal oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing.
