Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and sell our medical software & medical equipment products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies.

Present and demonstrate medical products effectively to customers.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain sales reports.
Provide product training and support to clients after onboarding.
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, demos, and installati
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of medical/healthcare products (preferred).
Ability to present products clearly and confidently.
Target-driven mindset with strong customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel.

Eligibility
Any Degree / Diploma (Medical or Science background is an added advantage).
0-2 years experience in medical sales / pharma sales / healthcare software sales preferred.
