Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential students through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
Explain course details, features, and career outcomes to prospective candidates.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and reports in CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
Participate in marketing activities, events, seminars, and outreach programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Qualifications
Any degree (Graduates preferred).
Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development is an added advantage.
