Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to handle inbound calls, convert inquiries into bookings, and support sales growth in the travel/hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings. Consult with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend the most suitable VOYE HOMES properties. Coordinate the entire booking process, ensuring accuracy in availability checks, pricing, and confirmation details. Follow up on leads through calls or WhatsApp to maximize conversions. Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide accurate and complete information to customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on leads. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service (Freshers welcome). Strong communication (English, Malayalam, Tamil) and listening skills. Customer-focused with good attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a team environment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
