Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Telecalling

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.

Explain course details, career benefits, and admission procedures.

Maintain follow-up calls with leads for conversion.

Counseling & Admissions

Counsel students regarding course selection and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in enquiries and convert them into admissions.

Guide students throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.

Business Development & College Visits

Visit colleges and build connections with faculty & placement officers.

Conduct presentations, seminars, and student awareness sessions.

Promote training programs and generate institutional leads.

Target Achievement

Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.

Maintain daily reports on leads, calls, visits, and conversions.

Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth process.

Required Skills:

Strong telecalling and counseling ability

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Knowledge of sales and admission conversion

Presentation skills for college visits

Willingness to travel (college visits & seminars)

Eligibility:

Male candidates preferred

Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling / counseling / sales

Any graduate / MBA preferred

Two-wheeler and driving license preferred

Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Travel allowance for college visits
