Business Development Executive
to support our client acquisition and business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an interest in the advertising and marketing industry, and a passion for achieving targets. Freshers with confidence and the right skill set are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
Generate leads through research, networking, and outbound communication.
Present agency services, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure recurring business.
Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to align client needs with deliverables.
Maintain sales records, track performance, and achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
Basic understanding of advertising, branding, or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
