We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Pitch services/products to prospective clients and convert them into business.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, project, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred in [industry name--e.g., digital marketing, IT, or design agency]).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
