- Identify potential sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups
- Convert enquiries into leads by collecting necessary customer information and generating interest
- Present institution programs courses and services highlighting benefits
- Address questions, concerns and objections regarding admissions and academics requirements
- Update prospects information leads status and enrolment data in using ratio CRM tool
- Meet or exceed enrolment target conversion rates and call duration goals
- Stay up to date on institution program and policys
- Providing suggestions and feedbacks regarding marketing and sales activities.
