Position Overview



We are looking for a

proactive and driven Business Development Executive

to be the

first point of contact

for prospective clients and architects.
This role requires a strong local network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for

field sales in the construction industry

. You will play a key role in expanding Glenearth's presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Introduce Glenearth Constructions to architects and potential clients. Manage company-provided leads and convert them into business opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients. Identify potential markets and generate new business opportunities. Maintain consistent client engagement throughout the sales pipeline. Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity and customer needs. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for order follow-ups and delivery. Submit daily sales reports and architect feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors).

Languages:

Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good written skills for preparing proposals, emails, and reports. Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
