Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and IT services. Identify and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and direct outreach. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Explore new business opportunities and develop growth strategies. Maintain and update business development reports and performance data. Negotiate and finalize business deals to achieve sales targets. Analyze market and technology trends to identify new opportunities. Gather client feedback and coordinate improvements with internal teams

Experience:

0-1 year (Experience in the IT field preferred)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

.

0-1 year of experience

in business development, preferably in the

IT or technology industry

. Strong understanding of

IT products, software, or tech-based services

(preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple clients. Lead generation and account management skills.

2-Wheeler License required
