Core responsibilities

Lead generation and client acquisition:

Proactively identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound efforts.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and present solutions.

Strategy development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.

Sales process management:

Guide potential clients through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals and negotiating contracts.

Market analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to align on strategies and ensure cohesive customer engagement.

Reporting and analysis:

Track and analyze sales data to report on performance, identify trends, and forecast future performance.

Brand representation:

Act as a brand ambassador by attending industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company's products and services.
Required knowledge and skills

In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Understanding of Market cultutre and forecasting. Adaptability and the ability to stay connected with technological advancements and educational industry changes.
