Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and increasing sales revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement business growth strategies while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.

Qualify leads to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.

Sales & Negotiation:

Present and pitch the company's products/services to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in alignment with company objectives.

Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Market Research:



Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on market trends and potential areas of growth.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with clients to ensure that projects and services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.

Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management.

Collaboration with Teams:



Work closely with marketing, product, and project management teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company offerings.

Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (Master's degree is a plus)

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (typically 1-3 years).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate deals and handle objections effectively.

Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market trends, business opportunities, and client needs.

CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
