Job Title: Business Development Executive - Interior Design
Location: Kochi
Department: Sales Dept.
Reports To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Meet with clients to understand their interior design needs and present tailored solutions.
Generate proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to suggest improvements in offerings.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the interior design, architecture).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand design concepts and explain them effectively to clients.
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
