Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (Client & Investor Relations) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and investors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing investor communications, and supporting the organization's growth strategy through effective relationship management and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Organize client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships.
Investor Relations:
Develop and maintain strong communication channels with investors and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Support fundraising activities and investor engagement events.
Coordinate with finance and management teams to ensure transparency and timely updates to investors.
Maintain an updated investor database and track key relationship milestones.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential clients/investors.
Contribute to business development strategies and marketing plans.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or investor relations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
Professional demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills.
