Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign activities and lead conversion.
Attend education fairs, college events, and seminars for brand promotion.
Coordinate with international universities and admission teams for student applications.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (MBA or related field preferred).
Experience:
1-3 years in business development, sales, or the education sector (overseas education experience preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation ability.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with good team spirit.
