We are immediately hiring a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth and expanding our client base.-
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct meetings, deliver sales presentations, and pitch company services effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure client acquisition and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build a thorough understanding of company services and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (IT or digital marketing domain preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Immediate availability to join.
Minimum qualification: +2 / Degree (Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
