We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and field visits.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Negotiate and close business deals with prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Maintain records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
