Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appoint new dealers, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones.



Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry, including key dealers and market trends.

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and expand our dealer network.

Analyze product displays and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and sales.

Train and motivate the sales staff to meet targets and improve performance.

Effectively present our products and their features to key influencers such as contractors, plumbers, designers, architects, and engineers.

Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any degree
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convince and influence people.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet dealers and clients.

Solid understanding of the industry, key players, and market trends.

Ability to analyze product displays and make recommendations for improvement.

Experience in training and leading sales teams.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
