Position Overview :
As a
Business Development Executive
, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Hygiene Fresh's presence in your assigned region by building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and convert new business opportunities in your assigned region.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Schedule client visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements :
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales, FMCG, or Hygiene/Cleaning Industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in
Malayalam and English
.
Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Willing to travel within assigned location (Calicut, Malappuram, or Palakkad).
Must own a
Travel and mobile reimbursement.
Sales training and ongoing professional development.
