We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective students, and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding our education programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote various programs offered by the academy
Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide information about the academy's offerings, benefits, and career opportunities.
Answer queries related to course structure, fees, enrollment process, and career prospects.
Schedule appointments for counseling sessions, webinars, or campus visits.
Maintain and update a detailed database of prospective students and track communication progress.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to develop and execute strategies to increase enrollment rates.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure prospective students have a positive experience with the academy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
